- Completion of urgent matters to prevent prejudice to your interests
7.2 Termination by MetroAgeom
We may terminate our services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of fees after reasonable notice
- Conflict of interest that cannot be resolved
- Client's failure to cooperate or provide necessary information
- Illegal or unethical conduct by the client
- Professional conduct rules requiring withdrawal
7.3 Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination:
- We will return client documents and property
- Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
- Final invoicing and payment reconciliation will be completed
- File retention will continue as required by professional regulations
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from our professional relationship will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
